Do I need a licence for the ATV?
Yes. A valid driver's licence from your country plus passport or ID. Send us the photos before delivery and we review them.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Every vehicle comes insured. Before you confirm you see what is covered, the deductible and what the security deposit is for.
How do I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Tilopay, a Costa Rican payment gateway. If you would rather pay another way, message us before booking.
Can I cancel?
Each service has its own free-cancellation window, usually 24 hours before. You see it before confirming.
Do you deliver to my villa or hotel?
Yes. Delivery is free in Guiones, Pelada and Nosara town. For Sámara, Ostional or other areas, ask us.
What if it rains or something comes up?
Message us. We reschedule at no cost when the weather does not allow the service.
